Once you order has been shipped with Fedex, you will receive a receipt with a tracking number.

Please note that orders with a black frame can take 2-3 days longer, because the black frame is made on demand.

Canvases are professionally handled by CREATS after ordering.

RETURNS

It is possible to cancel an order within 24 hours; free of charge. After 24 hours because we print-on-demand we cannot refund a purchased item. It is possible to return an item if damaged. If the canvas is damaged, you can send a photo of the damage to info@shopcreats.com.
