At CREATS you can choose between ordering with or without a frame for your canvas. Our customers most often prefer a black or transparent frame for the best user experience. When you order without a frame, you will only receive the painting itself!

Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping receipt with a tracking number for FedEx.
Please note that orders with a black frame can take 2-3 days longer, because the black frame is made on demand.

Canvases are professionally handled by CREATS after ordering.
It is possible to cancel an order within 24 hours; free of charge. After 24 hours because we print-on-demand we cannot refund a purchased item. It is possible to return an item if damaged. If the canvas is damaged, you can send a photo of the damage to info@shopcreats.com.
